On December 7, 2022, EUEA, UWEA and UARE appealed to the President of Ukraine and the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with a request to take urgent measures to review the draft Law №8191.
If the draft Law №8191 isn’t adopted by December 31, 2022, the implementation of the mentioned projects will be impossible, which will not only lead to the loss of investments but will also make it impossible to create additional volumes of clean and competitive electricity that does not depend on imported fossil fuels.
