“Ukraine has become a member of the European Energy Union. The unification of Ukrainian & European energy systems has been completed,”-commented the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.
“On the day of the start of the war with russia, we finally disconnected from the energy system of the aggressor country and Belarus. Today we have joined the European power grid. Our energy system will now be more stable and resilient to challenges. We are becoming energy independent. This is a historic day for the energy of our country, ” said the Prime Minister of Ukraine on his Facebook page.
