Organizers of the forum were the Premier Expo Company and NGO e3platform. Forum was held alongside with the 15th International exhibition KyivBuild 2011 and Festival of Architecture and Design 2011. It was supported by the German Embassy in Ukraine, the German Agency for Technical Cooperation — GIZ (German International Cooperation), the Drees & Sommer company (Germany), Complex Service (Ukraine), USAID Project «Municipal Heating Reform in Ukraine» (MHR), Ukrainian-German Forum Public Association, Ukrainian Building Association (UBA), Ukraine Partnership Bureau, Eco-Stream Project as well as European-Ukrainian Energy Agency.

Mr.Nikolai Troitsky, Director of Saint-Gobain Construction Products Ukraine participated on the panel organized by Drees&Sommer on the topic of Green City Development and Architecture, Sustainability with the performance of first experiences of sustainable construction. Together with the presentations from Russian Green Buildings Council, MEP Engineering and others, contributed to the discussion mainly focusing on the key indicators of energy efficiency in sustainable construction.
