ODESSA FDI FORUM – is a debate platform for the discussion of urgent issues of attracting investments and infrastructure development (in light of the implementation of recent legislative changes in the sphere of Public-Private Partnership – PPP and other new laws) with a view to find solutions, involving big private and institutional investors, entrepreneurs, public organizations, heads of central and local authorities..
The main objective of the Forum is to foster effective cooperation between investors and regional authorities; increase direct communication of national authorities; and make sure that the market allows entrepreneurs to promote and attract private capital into new and ambitious projects.
Within the framework of this event, specialized sessions will be organized to focus discussions on how to boost investments in development of transport and infrastructure, fuel and energy sector, and modernization of regional industrial parks.
ODESSA FDI Forum 2013 will be devoted to discuss investments in infrastructural projects of the Region. Discussions will focus on 4 major topics:
· Sea ports infrastructure: investment models
· Financing infrastructure projects: empowering investors
· Energy infrastructure: investments and development perspectives
· Industrial parks: prospective platforms and main benefits for participants
The Forum is initiated by the Odessa Region State Administration, with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Communal Services of Ukraine. Official Partner of the Odessa FDI 2013 is the TIS consortium. Partners include Port invest, PwC, Brooklin-Kiev. Legal partner of the Forum is Lavrynovych & Partners.
