EUEA logo text ENGOn February 12, 2016 European-Ukrainian Energy Agency (EUEA) held its General Meeting. During this meeting, the members approved the strategy and activities for 2016 and elected the new Board.

Mats Lundin, Chairman of the Board is impressed with the fact that female professionals form the majority in the new Board. Mats commented as follows: “The Ukrainian energy market is very progressive, with reforms and initiatives rapidly evolving and, above all, it is full of very skilled and enthusiastic professionals. We are proud of the fact that women hold leading positions in our member companies and are willing to take on board positions in our organization. I am sure this expression of the female leadership will bring even more progress and dynamism in the Ukrainian energy market”.

The newly elected Board:

Chairman of the Board – Mats Lundin, Vindkraft Ukraine

Mats Lundin is a Partner and Executive Board Member, working as advisor for financing and development of energy, wind, water and industrial projects with a focus on Central and Eastern Europe.

Vice-Chairman of the Board – Svitlana Teush, Arzinger Law Office

Svitlana Teush, PhD, is Senior Associate with Arzinger Law Office, a legal practitioner experienced in the fields of real estate and property matters, energy, infrastructure, and construction, transaction structuring and legal management of complex cross-border projects.

Arzinger, one of the founding members of EUEA, is a leading full-service law firm in Ukraine broadly recognized and highly ranked for its legal expertise, including in energy, construction and real estate fields. 

Board member – Elena Rybak, iC consulenten Ukraine

Elena Rybak is the Managing Director of iC consulenten in Ukraine since February 2013. iC consulenten is an Austrian engineering company working in multiple technical fields.

Board member  –      Kirill Ermichine, DTEK

Kirill Ermichine works at DTEK as Head, Department for international public affairs. Prior to that, starting 2007 through 2010, he worked as DTEK’s corporate social responsibility manager.

Board member –  Anzhela Pradun, Vestas

Anzhela Pradun – First Deputy Managing Director of Vestas Ukraine, Head of Compliance. Vestas – is the only global energy company dedicated exclusively to wind energy, the world leader.

EUEA is an independent non-profit organization open to all stakeholders in the Ukrainian Energy Efficiency (EE) and Renewable Energy (RE) sectors who want to work constructively with like-minded members to contribute to the gainful and transparent development of these markets in Ukraine, through the promotion of fair and sustainable business practice, raising of public awareness of energy issues, and by influencing government energy policy.
