The Cabinet of Ministers terminated Igor Popovych from the post of Deputy Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine and appointed Yuri Zyukov instead.
This is stated in the Cabinets Decrees # 299-p and 300-p of 5 April 2014.
Mr. Zyukov became Prodan’s Deputy instead of Popovych
